Map contexts management

• Creation of cartographic composition OWS Context
• Specify CRS and geographical envelope of that composition
• Create a map from Constellation internal data
• Add WMS layers from Constellation or external services by providing WMS URL
• Set order, opacity, visibility and default style for each layers
• Export the composition in XML OWC Context format
• Viewing real-time layers while creating a cartographic composition
